I just wanted to introduce myself here quickly so you have an idea of who you’d be working with. I’ve been in the chair myself and always preferred to speak with the artist directly, as opposed to a call center or receptionist, so that’s how I operate here.

What is SMP?
SMP, or scalp micropigmentation, is the use of pigment to replicate the look of hair follicles, which creates the appearance of a fuller head of hair. An artist achieves this by utilizing a specialized technique, equipment, and multiple sessions of blending and layering to gradually reduce the visibility of the scalp. When the treatment is complete, the resulting outcome is a dramatic improvement to the treated area while still remaining very natural-looking.

When it comes to SMP for treating hair loss, there are two primary treatment types, Coverage and Density.
Coverage:
If you have moderate to severe hair loss, you’re likely a good candidate for a coverage treatment, which will result in the “shaved head” look. The end result will appear as if you have a full head of hair, but choose to shave it down. This treatment completely reframes the face and replaces an undesirable “balding” appearance with a more flattering and polished look.
Density:
If you have mild hair loss or longer hair, you may elect for a density treatment, which works by reducing the contrast between the hair color and scalp. As the contrast is reduced, the resulting appearance much more full.

How It Works:

My consultations are completely no-pressure, quick and purely informational.
Tell me what your goals are and I will walk you through all of your different options based on what it is that you’re looking to achieve, including other services that you may want to pursue.

First Session
We will take the time to map out the treatment area together, ensuring that we are on the same page. I will customize a pigment blend to match your existing hair to create a natural blend and lay the foundation for the following sessions.
The first session is always done conservatively to ensure that we gradually build toward a natural and seamless result.
Layering Sessions (2-4)
Regardless of the treatment type, you will need at least one more session to reach the final result. The larger the area that is being treated, the more sessions are required.
Each session is used to gradually build up the density and blend into the existing hair, which creates the most natural result. I will not sacrifice quality for speed!
Touch-Up Guarantee
Once the treatment has been finished, go enjoy your new look! Feel free to come back in for a touch-up, completely free of charge within the 6 months. This will give you peace of mind knowing that I stand behind my work and prioritize your satisfaction.
